In a relaxed atmosphere with a very small group, Steve will share some basic garnish/presentation ideas that he has learnt through catering for weddings and events that can easily be done at home.

Steve was a local chef for 20 years, working in various hotels and restaurants across the local region. Growing up in a ‘cooking’ family, he completed his apprenticeship at the Royal Hotel in Daylesford and has been lucky enough to work with many great chefs/cooks in the hospitality field.
Accessible parking available at rear of venue. Barkly Square, including the kitchen, is a fully accessible venue. Accessible toilet available onsite.
