Terrarium Making Workshop – school holiday fun – Mon 23 Jan

Join the Food Is Free Inc. crew on Mon 23 January as we step you through the history of terrariums, materials you need, care & maintenance and step by step we will build one with you.

Terrariums are great as a low fuss indoor garden. Perfect for those without a green space nearby.

They make awesome gifts. It’s also a brilliant way to stop glass ending up in landfill. Not to mention a great family activity to finish up the school holidays.

All materials supplied. But do feel free to BYO large jar (must be able to fit your hand inside), plants, and craft supplies to decorate.

All participants get to take their terrariums with them.

We encourage all abilities to attend. Kids welcome, but over 7 years and over must have a ticket.

This workshop takes place in TRAINING ROOM 3 at Barkly Square, 25 Barkly Square (follow the signs as you enter from the ramp up Barkly St entrance to building). Plenty of parking and access to PT nearby. Barkly Square is accessible (wheelchair etc friendly).
